The shipping costs of the products depend on weight, size, destination and delivery service. When you buy a product, the e-Shop will automatically calculate shipping costs for your address, before the actual payment. Masaresi.com will charge a handling and shipping fee for deliveries in Europe and outside Europe. Please note that all international customers (outside the EU) are liable to be asked to pay country/state import duties and taxes at the time of delivery of your parcel. The Masaresi.com e-shop cannot always be aware of the amount of such charges. You can contact the customs office in your country, before you place your order.
A delivery may take as long as 1-3 weeks.
IMPORTANT: If you want to order more than 1 or 2 books at once, please contact us first at [email protected], and ask us about the postal charges.
We can then update you about the total postal charge. After that, you can place your order by email and pay with a bank transfer.

When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped within 4 business days from the date of order. Handling, shipping and delivery is not possible on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
IMPORTANT: If you want to order more than 2 books at once, please contact us first at [email protected], and ask us about the postal charges.
We can then update you about the postal charge, and you can place your order by email. You can pay with a bank transfer.
Which company will ship my order?
The Greek books “Lydia” and “Fygame” are shipped from Greece or Belgium. All deliveries are made using International Express Carriers or Standard parcel postal services.
- If we are delivering your order to a third party address (for example as a gift to a friend) you must ensure that you provide us with a full and accurate address including the correct postcode and the recipient’s telephone number.
- If we are delivering to a business address, delivery will be made to the address that you have selected. Masaresi.com shall be deemed to have delivered your order to the intended recipient by delivering it to the reception area or post room of that address.
- Please note that we are unable to deliver to an address containing a P.O. Box Number.
Delivery time varies depending on the destination and customs clearance procedures of each country.
Delivery in working days
Worldwide, destinations outside of the European Union may take up to 20 days.
What if I am absent during the delivery?
Should there not be someone in to accept delivery during working hours or if the carrier (or your local post-office) considers that your order will not fit through the letter box , a note will be left informing the recipient that they have tried to deliver. They will request that the recipient contacts their local sorting office to arrange collection or to re-deliver at a suitable date.
We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available or due to the recipient failing to contact their local Post/Mail sorting office within a reasonable time to arrange collection or re-delivery.
Returns shall only be accepted within 8 working days if the product is received undamaged (in the original packaging). The cost of returning the product shall be for the account of the purchaser. Masaresi .com shall then refund the amount paid for the product within 30 days. Please do NOT send your order back to us before contacting us at [email protected] and receiving an approval notification.
The returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please make sure that you pack them properly for shipping and they do not get damaged during transportation.
How do I return the product to the address?
In case you want to return a product, please contact us first by email, giving us information on the order number, the product you wish to return and the reason of the return. Please contact us for further returning details and address where to send it to. Place your product in their original packaging to protect in transit and return the package to the carrier of your choice and at your expense. We recommend that you send the parcel by registered post or courier, to avoid the risk of theft, damage or loss of your package.
How will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, and the goods are undamaged, we will start the procedures for returning its value. The way of the return depends on the method of payment you choose. Thus, the amount will be refunded either by canceling the charge to your credit card or by refunding the amount within seven ( 7) working days in your bank account, which you can indicated by email.
How much will I be refunded?
We will refund the amount equivalent to the value of the products. You will not be refunded the original shipping cost of the order.
