The Echo House, is located exactly next to the beach in the village of Azolimnos, at 4 km of the harbour and capital of Syros island, Hermoupolis.
It can be rented ; a) entirely to organize your own workshops , or b) possible to rent one studio, for your holidays and/or working studio.
GENERAL INFO : RENTING 1 STUDIO
This double spaced studio is fully equipped and has a balcony with sea view, as well as garden view.
The minimum stay is 1 week.
Choose this place if you are dreaming of a holiday on a Cycladic island, next to the beach. Also perfect for digital nomads, working in Greece, while enjoying the island life.
Enjoy the sea view from your balcony, as well as the beautiful sunrise or evening lights over the neighboring islands Mykonos and Tinos.
You love to swim in crystal clear waters? You just need 30 seconds and you will be diving in the turquoise blue flagged waters of the Aegean Sea! You prefer to chill on your balcony or in the garden, drinking your coffee? You can do both, while staring at the blue sea, which is at just 30 meters!
You do not like to pack things to go to the beach or use transportation? No need! Just walk in your swimming outfit from your room, right to the beach!
The local restaurants and bars are all within 300 meters walk. There are several other beaches you can visit nearby, by taking the local bus.
The bus also brings your to Hermoupolis town, in 15 minutes. (5 km from Azolimnos)
The location of this studio is perfect for a vacation that combines relaxing, sun, sea and beach, as well as cultural visits and nightlife in the beautiful Hermoupolis town.

This studio is simply furnished. The proximity to the sea, beach, taverns, public transport and a beautiful Hermoupolis town full of culture, is hard to find somewhere else.

GENERAL INFO: RENTING THE ENTIRE ECHO HOUSE
The Echo House has 7 rooms, all with a small kitchen and bathroom. Some rooms can be used as bedrooms or can be transformed into classrooms or working spaces.
The Echo House also has a big garden, exactly next to the sea.
If you are interested to rent the entire Echo House, and organize your own workshop or family holiday, this is possible in the months April, May,August and October.
Minimum stay for 1 week.
