About the location
This apartment of 75sqm and on the 4th floor, is located in the center of Marousi, in the northern suburbs of Athens.
300m from the Maroussi metro station (green line), shopping streets and central square, full of cafes, food stores, take-out or delivery solutions.

The location is very good, and no private transportation is needed. You have easy access to public transportation (green metro line, as well as several busses) and the taxi stand at 400 meters.
a. Next to the apartment, just around the corner, you find the central square where you can find a variety of restaurants, bars, coffee houses, bakeries, post office, local markets, banks, phone-services, kiosks (24 hours open) as well as the green metro line that takes you to the city center and Piraeus port.
b. One of the entrances of the biggest parks in Athens, the Singrou park, is just at 400 meters walking distance.
c. You are only one metro-stop away (or walking distance) from the Olympic Stadium as well as the most popular Mall in Athens, a big shopping center, including a movie-theatre.(for the moment still closed, due to Covid)
d. You only need a 30-minute metro ride to Athens’s historical center, and all major tourist attractions of Athens.
e. A convenient metro ride to and from the airport (40min) and the harbor of Athens (60min). A real home away from home, managed by people that have traveling as part of their life.
f. The weekly vegetable and fruits market is located at 300 meters from this apartment, every Saturday between 7am and 2pm.

You have all those advantages, without being among tourists, but in a totally Greek suburb, where normal Greek life takes place.
About the Space
The apartment is located on the 4th floor (the building has 5 floors, and on every floor, there are only 2 apartments, so you just have one very quiet neighbor)
The balconies are all around, facing east, south and west, with a fantastic view of Pendeli Mountain.
There is central heating for the winter and air-conditioning in the living room as well as the bedroom for the summer. Also free wifi in every room.
The apartment can accommodate up to two people.
It has a bedroom with a double bed, private bathroom, small living area, and an equipped kitchen with a boiler, coffee maker, microwave oven, refrigerator, plates, etc.. .
(Note: the bed is only 1.30 m wide, so in the case of two people, you do not have that much space 😉 if necessary, we can also provide for an extra single bed upon request.)
All the appliances you might need during your stay are provided (towels and sheets (2 sets/person, but there is a washing machine),
blankets, pots and plates, coffee machine, washing machine, fridge, TV, hot water, microwave,).
Guest access
you have access to all areas, except for one locked bedroom that is storage.
This means you have access to 1 bedroom, 1 living room, kitchen, hall and bathroom, and all balconies.
